Paying Citations
Citation payments may be made in person, by mail or online at www.scapay.com with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or electronic check. Checks or money orders must be made payable to "UC Regents" and mailed to the following address:

Please Do Not Send cash. To ensure proper posting, please write your citation number(s) on the face of the check or money order. In person payments can be made at the Parking Services Office located in building 381 across from Harder Stadium at the North end of 30 Parking. Payments received after their due date may incur additional late fees.

Appealing Citations
Citations may be appealed online at www.scapay.com. Appeals can also be submitted by mail to:

If submitting an appeal by mail please include the citation number, vehicle license plate number, name, mailing address and a detailed explanation of why you are appealing the citation. You may also pick up an appeal form at our Parking Services Office. Appeals submitted past the required time frames will not be processed.

Notification of Judgment
All appeals that include an e-mail address will be responded to by e-mail. Appeals submitted without an e-mail address will have the results returned via US Mail.

Unpaid Citations
Unpaid citations will double and be referred to the Department of Motor Vehicles for collection. Citations issued to out-of-state vehicles or rental vehicles, may be referred to outside agencies for collection. Vehicles with multiple outstanding citations may also be immobilized or impounded at the vehicle owner's expense. The vehicle will not be released until all outstanding citations are paid in full.
