Backed by a team of excellent mechanics, we provide cost-effective short-term and long-term rentals. Vehicles range from sedans to multi-passenger vans and Suburbans. Rates depend on the type of vehicle and length of rental.

2 Weekly rate is 6 times the daily rate.
3 Monthly rate is 20 times the daily rate.
4 Mileage rate includes gasoline at a current cost of $3.00/gallon and use of a credit card when necessary. Mileage rate may be adjusted quarterly depending on changes in cost of gasoline.
5 Unlimited mileage rate does not include gasoline or use of a credit card. Unlimited mileage rate per week is 6 times the daily rate; per month is 20 times the daily rate.
A signed Towing Agreement is required prior to using any Transportation Services vehicle for towing a cargo/vehicle/vessel trailer. Tow vehicles must meet the necessary towing rating as specified by the manufacturer of the tow vehicle.
Unimproved Road and Off-Road Travel
A signed Primitive Road/Off-Road Policy is required prior to using any Transportation Services vehicle on primitive (unpaved or unimproved) roads. Renting department will be held responsible for all expenses required to repair or recover vehicle when any portion of the rental is used on such roads.
Traveling on Toll Roads
Many roads and bridge crossings now require a toll to be paid. To avoid penalties, infrequent users may pay tolls online prior to travel or within a certain number of days after your trip.

The Toll Roads / Irvine area
All toll collection on the 73, 133, 241 & 261 Toll Roads is electronic.
To avoid penalties, visitors and infrequent users of The Toll Roads may pay tolls online prior to or within five days after your trip.
You may also avoid the toll roads by staying on the 405 freeway.

Accident Reporting and Insurance
All University vehicles are self-insured. In the event of an accident please refer to the Drivers Accident Reporting Packet located in the vehicles’ glove compartment. Be sure to call the claims administrator Sedgwick CMS 1-800-416-4029 and complete a Transportation Services Vehicle Damage Report.
