Winter 2023 Permit Sales
All ePermit Applications must be completed online, all documentation must be
uploaded onto your parking account here.
In person submittal of documentation will not be accepted.
- Winter “C” ePermit applications will be accepted beginning Friday, December 1, 2023. Permit Sales will begin December 13, 2023.
- To apply for the “C” Winter Quarter, please be prepared to upload your current proof of address (only current lease/rental agreements will be accepted), in addition to the vehicle registration (registration must be in your or your family's name). Only one vehicle allowed on “C” ePermits.
- For “H” ePermit requests please be prepared to upload vehicle registration upon application.
Please note, many lots are sold out and we are currently only accepting waitlist requests at this time. See below for space availability.
Your license plate acts as your ePermit, you will not receive a physical permit, no need to display anything on your vehicle dashboard. You may be subject to citation if you neglect to associate your license plate on your Parking account at: tps.ucsb.edu/ePermits.
Your vehicle's license plate must be affixed to the exterior of the vehicle, unobstructed, and fully visible from the drive aisle in order for your permit to be valid.
